Boothbay Region Art Foundation’s final members’ show for the 2022 season, “Glory Days of Autumn,” provides the viewer with several seasonal works with fall colors predominating, along with the “perennial” last blooms of summer. As always, the collection includes an eclectic variety of styles, mediums and subject matter.
In addition to the regular members’ show, BRAF is sponsoring two special solo-artists in the upstairs galleries. In the Harbor-View Room is “Wilde Abstraction,” a solo show of Sarah Wilde’s latest abstract paintings. In Gallery One is “Palmer’s Perceptions on Maine,” Elizabeth Palmer’s watercolor paintings depicting ordinary objects in extraordinary ways.
The Boothbay Region Art Foundation is located in Boothbay Harbor at 1 Townsend Ave. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
