Railway Spooktacular! - Saturday, Oct. 25 - At Boothbay Railway Village Museum, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Wear costumes and bring your trick or treat bag! Halloween Potluck & Scary Readings – Wednesday, Oct. 29 - At the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. Doors open to the seasonally decorated event at 5:45 p.m. with dinner at 6 ... scary readings follow. Halloween Story Time – Friday, Oct. 31 - At Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library. Seasonally – and age – appropriate stories and an easy craft. 4 Oak St.
BHML Halloween Parade – Friday, Oct. 31 - Lineup of costumed trick or treaters begins at 3 p.m. on the lawn of Boothbay Harbor Memorial Library. Parade begins at 4 p.m. winding its way to the Trunk-or-Treat at the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor. On the way to the Opera House, many businesses welcome the little ones to stop for treats there, too.

In Wiscasset - Nightmare on Federal Street - Oct. 31 - Parade line up at 4 p.m. at Wiscasset Elementary School (First 150 Trick or Treaters will get a special prize!) Parade starts at 4:30 p.m. down Federal Street. Music, pizza, costume contest and more!

Treworgy Family Orchard’s Family Night Maze! Oct 17, 18, 24 and 25. 3876 Union St., Levant. Family-friendly and not scary or haunted. Don’t forget a flashlight. The Haunting of Parsonfield Seminary – Parsonfield - Oct. 24 and 25. This one sounds like a real fright fest. Billed as “42 Rooms of Doom” on three floors.
