Holiday Thrift Store sale at Edgecomb Community Church
Looking for some good deals at great prices for everyone on your holiday list? Get yourself over to the Edgecomb Community Church Thrift Store, which is againoffering its Holiday Sales beginning on Saturday, Nov. 15 and continuing through to Saturday, Nov. 29.
These five days, which include 11/18, 11/22 and 11/25, will offer all the usual clothing and gift items along with Christmas wreaths and décor, and a food sale with great homemade treats such as fudge, toffee, cakes, cookies and much more.Handmade items from the church’s Busy Hands group will be for sale each day too, featuring great infant and toddler sweaters for $15 - $25. Many other craft items will be offered as well at great prices. Mystery gifts are available for anyone wishing to make a donation to the local fuel assistance fund. Visiting vendor Lindsay Cough will be selling her handmade dolls.And, for $5 you can purchase a breakfast sausage or bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on Saturdays, Nov. 15 and 22. Proceeds from these sales will be used by the church’s mission committee to support area needs.
Thrift Store hours are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donations may also be brought in during these hours. Free coffee will be available. The Little Corner Food Pantry is also open for anyone needing some food assistance at these times. Food and/or monetary donations are always welcome too.
The Thrift Store will be closing after Tuesday, Dec. 2 for the winter months and will reopen in early April 2026.
