Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 7 arrests

    The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 241 calls for service for the period of May 14 to May 21. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 4,617 calls for service.

    Summonses

    Cynthia M. Kelly, 52, of Damariscotta was issued summonses May 19 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked- OUI and Violating Condition of Release, on Main Street, Newcastle, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.

    Arrests

    Brittany J. Lilly, 36, of Wiscasset was arrested May 14 on a Cumberland County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Theft charge, on Route 1, Newcastle, by Deputy Caleb Poirier.

    Winifred C. Davenport, 39, of Cushing was arrested May 15 for Operating under the Influence- No Test Drugs or Combo, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.

    Jose A. Vasquez, 25, of Bristol was arrested May 18 for Operating under the Influence, on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Kasey Doyle.

    Jeremy R. Prior, 47, of Bremen was arrested May 18 for Domestic Violence Assault, on Town Landing Road, Bremen, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.

    Jesse J. Lucier, 41, of Nobleboro was arrested May 18 on a Maine State Police – Augusta warrant for Failure to Appear on an Operating after Suspension – prior charge, on Pine Ridge Drive, Nobleboro, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.

    Cameron B. S. Gifford, 20, of Augusta was arrested May 19 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked- prior and Driving to Endanger, on Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden, who was assisted by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers.

    Jordan D. Bean, 33, of Boothbay was arrested May 19 for Aggravated Assault (Domestic Violence), on Wiscasset Road, Boothbay, by Deputy Jeffrey Rogers, who was assisted by Deputy Nathaniel Aronson.

    Accidents

    On May 15, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving Crystalynn A. Johnson, 32, of Warren and Sydnie Rheaume, 23, of Limington. Ms. Johnson was operating her 2019 Subaru Forester southbound and Mr. Rheaume was operating his 2015 Mazda 6 behind Johnson’s vehicle. Johnson stated she missed her turn and went wide right and took an illegal left turn. As a result, Rheaume struck Johnson’s vehicle as it was turning. Deputy Kasey Doyle was the investigating officer.

    On May 17, an accident occurred on Somerville Road in Jefferson involving Trina L. Hisler, 34, of Somerville. Ms. Hisler was operating her 2016 Honda Civic southbound when a deer came out into the road in front of her and was struck. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

    On May 17, an accident occurred on Ocean Point Road in Boothbay involving Florence K. Donovan, 80, of East Boothbay. Ms. Donovan was leaving her residence in her 2014 Subaru Forester and was driving northbound, when due to a medical issue, she veered off the roadway on the right and struck a CMP pole. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.

    On May 18, an accident occurred on River Road in Newcastle involving William J. Durgan, 57, of Boothbay. Mr. Durgan was operating his 2020 GMC TK1090 northbound when a deer ran in front of him and was struck, causing front-end damage to his vehicle. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.

    On May 18, an accident occurred on Boothbay Road in Edgecomb involving James C. Mitchell, 66, of Du Bois, Pennsylvania. Mr. Mitchell was operating his 2005 Mercedes-Benz southbound when a deer ran out in front of him and was struck, causing disabling damage to his vehicle. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
