The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 243 calls for service for the period of Feb. 25 to March 4. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 2,539 calls for service.
Summonses
Jordan T. Perry, 24, of Dresden was issued a summons Feb. 25 for Driving to Endanger, for an accident which occurred on 01/16/25, on Gardiner Road, Dresden, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Matthew Weeks, 37, of Newcastle was issued a summons Feb. 26 for Failing to Make Oral or Written Accident Report, on Egypt Road, Alna, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Tina M. Hatch, 50, of Newcastle was issued a summons Feb. 26 for Failure to Submit to Finger Printing, at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden, on behalf of Deputy Joseph Booth.
Arrests
John K. Vallee, 52, of Biddeford was arrested Feb. 26 for Operating under the Influence (Drugs), No Test, on US Route 1, Nobleboro, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Nathan C. Fuller, 30, of Boothbay Harbor was arrested Feb. 28 for Operating under the Influence, on US Route 1, Edgecomb, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Kolt Wallace, 30, of Nobleboro was arrested March 1 on a Knox County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Criminal Trespass charge, on Upper East Pond Road, Nobleboro, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
03/03/25, Brendon M. McLellan, 38, of Wiscasset was arrested March 3 on a Cumberland County warrant for Failure to Appear for a Possession of Meth and Cocaine charge, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Accidents
On Feb. 26 an accident occurred on Egypt Road in Alna involving Matthew Weeks, 37, of Newcastle. Mr. Weeks was operating his 2006 Ford F-150 southbound when he failed to stop at the intersection of Egypt Road and Head Tide Road. As a result, he crossed Head Tide Road and went into the woods. Sgt. Scott Hayden was the investigating officer.
On Feb. 26 an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving Jacob C. Ouellette, 28, of Lewiston and Amy E. Clark, 45, of Waldoboro. Ms. Clark was operating her 2020 Toyota RAV4 northbound and Mr. Ouellette was operating his 2014 Ford F-150 behind Clark’s vehicle. Ms. Clark slowed to turn left onto Ledgewood Drive. Mr. Ouellette started to pass Clark’s vehicle and struck her driver’s side door. The road at the time was covered in black ice. Deputy Joseph Booth was the investigating officer.
On Feb. 26 an accident occurred on Jones Woods Road in Newcastle involving Jennifer McIntire, 62, of Alna and Thomas P. Brewer, 45, of New Harbor. Mr. Brewer was on the side of the road, in his 2022 Mecedes-Benz Metris, delivering mail. Ms. McIntire approached Brewer’s vehicle in her 2022 Toyota RAV4 and slowed as Mr. Brewer began backing up in the road. Ms. McIntire pressed the horn to let Mr. Brewer know she was behind him, but he did not hear it and backed into McIntire’s vehicle. Deputy Ethan Burns was the investigating officer.
On Feb. 28 an accident occurred on Patterson Road in Dresden involving Rebecca A. Burk, 46, of Jefferson. Ms. Burk was operating her 2021 Chevrolet Malibu eastbound when a telephone pole snapped in half causing the top half of the pole to fall onto the roof of her vehicle. Ms. Burk played no role in the failure of the telephone pole. Deputy Justin Drake was the investigating officer.
