The next Ocean on Tap is at Footbridge Brewery, 25 Granary Way in Boothbay Harbor on Thursday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m.  Dr. Kara Gadeken, of the College of the Atlantic in Bar Harbor, will be speaking about her research on marine worms, their bizarre shapes, and the many roles they play in marine ecosystems.

Ocean on Tap is an informal, ocean-centric speaker series organized by researchers from Bigelow Laboratory and hosted by Footbridge Brewery in Boothbay Harbor. Our goal is to bring people of the community together over the fascinating world of the ocean. At these events, speakers will share their corner of expertise in the ocean, and attendees are encouraged to ask questions.
