    The following are closed cases for October. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

     

    Heather Brewer, 29, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to four years in the Department of Corrections, all suspended, probation of three years, fined $400.

     

    Gary Balducci Jr., 41, of Damariscotta, probation violation for Theft by Deception for an incident in Boothbay, sentenced to 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

     

    Tyson Servisky, 33, of Stockton Springs, guilty of one charge of Assault in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 90 days. Deferred disposition on a second charge of Assault.

     

    Jeffrey Peaslee, 32, of Dresden, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Loud Noise, in a private place. Sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

     

    Jeffrey Bodge, 42, of Dresden, probation violation for OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for seven days, probation partially revoked.

     

    Alice McDonald, 24, of Oakland, guilty of Endangering the Welfare of a Child for an incident in Dresden, unconditional discharge.

     

    Tracey Williams, 24, of Woolwich, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for three years, all but 29 days suspended, probation of two years.

     

    Terry Holmes, 57, of Boothbay, guilty of Falsifying Physical Evidence.

     

    Matthew Tilton, 28, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License or with Conditions and Restrictions, fined $250. Deferred disposition for Driving to Endanger.

     

    Travis Dobson, 34, of Boothbay, deferred disposition on a charge of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, and Violating Conditions of Release. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days, and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked – OUI, sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $600, license suspended for one year, registration suspended. In another matter, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, priors, sentenced to jail for one year, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, restitution of $925; Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, sentenced to jail for seven days.

     

    Aaron Carroll, 30, of Grapevine, Texas, guilty of OUI (alcohol) in Boothbay Harbor, fined $500 and license suspended for 150 days.

     

    James Penatzer, 49, of Brunswick, on a charge of Domestic Violence Assault in Dresden, dismissed.

     

    Jesse Dale Carmichael, 27, of Wiscasset, deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

     

    Mark Despres Jr., 35, of Bowdoinham, deferred disposition for Trafficking in Prison Contraband, and Violating Conditions of Release, for an incident in Wiscasset.

     

    Nathan Brewer, 31, of Nobleboro, guilty of Criminal Threatening, fined $250, unconditional discharge; and Criminal Trespass, unconditional discharge, for an incident in Wiscasset.

     

    Juan Ramirez, 47, of Richmond, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $600, license suspended for 150 days, for an incident in Dresden.

     

    Justin Pfeifer, 32, of Southport, on charges of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug and Falsifying Physical Evidence, dismissed. In a separate case, on a charge of Violating Conditions of Release, dismissed.

     

    Jessica Winslow, 32, of Boothbay Harbor, deferred disposition on Violating Conditions of Release.

     

    Melanie Ashton, 43, of Wiscasset, on charges of Assault and Violating Conditions of Release, dismissed.

     

    Damion Hooper, 34, of Hope, guilty of one charge of Violating Conditions of Release for an incident in Wiscasset, and deferred disposition for a second charge.

     

    Elizabeth Roderick, 29, of Augusta, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License in Dresden, fined $150.

     

    Michael Hilgendorf, 69, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours, and guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.

     

    Justin Wildman, 32, of Augusta, on a charge of Failing to Notify of a Motor Vehicle Accident in Dresden, dismissed.

     

    Rolando Mejia, 31, of Southport, guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without a License, fined $250, and Attaching False Plates, fined $250.

     

    Alton E. Sutherland III, 37, of Richmond, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse Order in Dresden, sentenced to 48 hours in jail.

     

    Gabrielle Ward, 24, of Dresden, on a charge of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, dismissed.

     

    Ronald Gonyou, 46, of Wiscasset, guilty of Cultivating Marijuana, fined $250.

     

    Augustus Bond, 19, of Whitefield, guilty of Attaching False Plates for an incident in Dresden, fined $250.

     

    Morgan Castro, 27, of Framingham, Massachusetts, guilty of Failure to Register Vehicle, fined $100.

     

    Cody Ring, 21, of Wiscasset, default judgment of Minor Possessing Liquor, fined $300.
