The Chief of Police for the Wiscasset Police Department, the Director of the Wiscasset Emergency Medical Services and, the Wiscasset Chamber of Commerce invite Wiscasset business owners to a public safety discussion on Monday, Oct. 17 at 5:30 p.m. at the Wiscasset Town Office hearing room.

These discussions are for the planned development of the downtown section of Wiscasset and how this will affect public safety response, if any, to this area, as well as the surrounding areas of downtown and along Route One.

Chief Jeff Lange encourages all business owners to attend and voice their public safety concerns and questions as to why their business may be impacted by public safety response regardless of whether they are located in the downtown section or not.
