Wiscasset Elementary School is preparing for the 2019-2020 academic year by scheduling registration and information nights for incoming pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students in May.

WES offers a nurturing, yet rigorous, pre-k program with a 1 to 8 teacher/student ratio. Students have access to breakfast, lunch, and bus transportation to and from school. Openings are limited for the 2019-2020 year. A parent information night will be held Wednesday, May 1 at 5 p.m. in the WES cafeteria. To enter the WES pre-k program, students must turn 4 by Oct. 15.

Registrations are also being accepted for kindergarten for 2019-2020. A parent information night for kindergarten will also be held on May 1, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the WES cafeteria. Kindergarten screening will be held Monday, May 13 and Tuesday, May 14 at WES. Parents need to call 882-7767 to schedule a screening.
