The Rev. Edward J. Wynne Jr., a retired clergy member of the Greater New Jersey Conference of The United Methodist Church, will lead the service at the Wilson Memorial Chapel on Ocean Point this Sunday, July 13. The service is at 9:30 a.m. All are welcome.

Wynne has made his home in Damariscotta for the past 16 years with his wife Bonnie and his sister Janet. He chairs the Pastoral Care Committee on the Miles Campus of Lincoln Health, serves on the board of Coastal Senior College, and enjoys singing with the Coastal Chorale. He is a trustee emeritus of Drew University in Madison, N.J.

Rev. Wynne’s hobbies include watch and clock collecting and amateur radio. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Northeastern University, an master’s of divinity from Drew Theological School, and a doctorate from New York University.
