River Company is holding auditions for Eugène Ionesco's "Rhinoceros" on Friday, Sept. 15 at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday Sept. 16 at 3:30 p.m. at LCTV Studios at 29 Sheepscot Road, Newcastle.

Those interested in auditioning may come prepared with a monologue or a few short pieces, but must not be longer than five minutes cumulatively. Sides will also be provided for the audition.

Please bring a résumé of acting experience or come prepared to write down prior acting experience, along with contact information and rehearsal availability though the second week of November.

Performances will be Nov. 3,4, 10, and 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Nov. 5 and 12 at 3 pm in the Porter Meeting Hall in Skidompha Library in Damariscotta.
