On Sunday evening, Dec. 8, U.S. Senate candidate Sara Gideon joined over 70 voters in West Bath for an evening of coffee, pie, and conversation to share her vision for the state and answer questions from attendees.

Gideon spoke about her priorities and candidacy, including her commitment to protecting and expanding access to affordable health care for all Mainers and taking bold action to combat climate change. Gideon took questions about addressing the opioid epidemic, empowering young people to participate in our democracy, and putting policies in place that put Maine workers first.

Gideon has held more than 40 campaign events across the state over the past several weeks, meeting with Mainers from York to Bangor to Fort Kent.
