A graveside service for Ralph H. “Skip” Welch, who passed away peacefully on Dec. 23, 2023, will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Boothbay on Friday, June 14 at 11 a.m. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Hall Funeral Home of Boothbay.
