SOS Matt Dunlap to swear in re-elected commissioners

Secretary of State Matthew Dunlap will be in Lincoln County on Jan. 3 to swear in two of the county’s commissioners who were re-elected in November.
Mary Trescot and Hamilton Meserve ran unopposed on Nov. 8, and will begin new four-year terms at the first commissioners’ meeting of the year. The third commissioner, William Blodgett, completes his current term in 2018.
The swearing-in will take place at 10 a.m., and will be followed by a regular commissioners’ meeting. Commissioners’ meetings are open to the public.
