A table full of welcome
“A table full of welcome” is the reflection title for the pulpit guest from Martha's Vineyard at the Midcoast Unitarian Universalist Fellowship service on Sunday, Oct. 13. The quotation is from “A Comedy of Errors, Act III, Scene 1,” by William Shakespeare.
Special music for this service will be provided by The Kataina Baroque Chamber Trio. They will be joined by flautist Anne "Nan" White, a Fellowship member.
Island resident Lori Shaller is an educator and is studying in the Aleph Rabbini Ordination and Spiritual Direction Ordination Programs. She has been an educator for more than 20 years and currently writes English and History curricula and teaches teachers. She enjoys being outdoors and she is an active member of the Martha’s Vineyard Hebrew Center. She hopes to make interfaith spirituality the center of her rabbinate. her husband, Matt Pelikan, is a restoration ecologist for The Nature Conservancy.
The Fellowship gathers every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in the Porter Auditorium of Skidompha Library in Damariscotta. Entrance is through the door on Elm Street.
