Talk at Lincoln Home April 16

Fri, 04/06/2018 - 8:45am

Come to The Lincoln Home Monday, April 16, from 3 to 4 p.m. to hear Louise Miller, education director for the Lincoln County Historical Association, talk about the daily life of Chapman Hall House, as seen through the household textiles. This is the fourth year of LCHA’s Education Outreach Program. The program’s goals include sharing Lincoln County History, especially that involving the three LCHA historical properties. The LCHA is a private, non-profit organization that provides stewardship for the Chapman-Hall House (Damariscotta), Pownalborough Court House (Dresden), and the 1811 Old Jail and Museum (Wiscasset).

The event is free. The Lincoln Home is located at 22 River Road, Newcastle. For more information, contact Rhonda Hanna, 563-3350, or rhonda@lincoln-home.org. Keep informed on our weekly events at www.lincoln-home.org or follow us on Facebook.
