Coastal Kids Preschool in Damariscotta proudly celebrates 20 years of providing an inclusive, developmentally appropriate education for preschool children of all incomes and abilities. On Saturday, March 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. at 1812 Farm in Bristol, Coastal Kids will be hosting its third annual “Get Out of Town” event. The $35 per person ticket price includes a buffet and live auction with a cash bar. Tickets are available at Skidompha Library and the Maine Coast Book Shop. Space is limited, so act quickly. The obligatory snow date is Sunday, March 15.

The “Get Out of Town” theme will come alive at the event as renowned auctioneer John Bottero leads guests through vacation-inspired auction items that will entice those wanting to shed the winter blues for warmer weather. The featured item will be a luxury, five bedroom, five and a half bathroom vacation home along the 22-mile stretch of Mexico’s jagged Pacific coastline in Oaxaca, Mexico.
