Town meeting season is officially upon the Twin Villages.

The Damariscotta Board of Selectmen will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, with one of the foremost items up for discussion is the annual town warrant.

Damariscotta will have closed voting Tuesday, June 10, beginning at 8 a.m. at the Municipal Building, then at 6:30 p.m. the following day will have the open town meeting at the Lincoln Theater.

There are several other items on the agenda, including the new graphics for the Damariscotta Police Department cruiser, which was designed by Damariscotta students, a review of Earthfest, and an update from the Elm Street repairs.

The meetings are open to the public at 21 School Street, and also available for viewing on Lincoln County TV.
