This week in Damariscotta
Another week, another round of talks centered around a parking lot.
The Damariscotta municipal parking lot will again take center stage this week, at both a Thursday special meeting and Wednesday's regularly-schedule Damariscotta Board of Selectmen meeting.
The Damariscotta board will meet at 5 p.m. at the town office to discuss the previous week's parking lot talk and delve into Thursday's public discussion, as well.
Beyond parking lots, the board will also discuss a Community Development Block Grant and setting a date to have a joint meeting with the Newcastle Board of Selectmen.
The week's second meeting will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at the Great Salt Bay Community School for the second installment of the public talks about the future of the large lot.
The public is invited to attend both meetings.
