Nomination papers for Westport Island’s June 13 municipal election will be available from the town clerk’s office, 6 Fowles Point Road, starting Monday, March 6 for a three-year term for third selectman, a three-year term on the Regional School Unit 12 board, and a two-year road commissioner term to complete an existing term, a town notice stated.

Nomination papers with a minimum of 25 signatures from registered Westport Island voters must be returned to the town clerk’s office by 5 p.m. Friday, April 14, the notice stated.

Nomination papers will be available to take out or return at the town clerk’s office between March 6 and April 14 on the following days and times: Monday, March 6, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.; during the office’s regular business hours of Tuesdays, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Thursdays, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday, April 14, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
