After alerting Maine Department of Transportation to the proposed parade route for July 4 in Wiscasset, Chief Larry Hesseltine confirmed the following route:

Leaving the town office complex, the parade will travel up Churchill Street, turn right on Hooper Street, and right on Federal Street. The judging platform will be on Federal between Hooper and Danforth. The parade will proceed to Main Street, make a left, then a right on Water Street, and end at the recreational pier docks.

The Main Street sidewalks will likely still be gravel at the time, and parade-goers may want to consider this when determining where to view the parade, according to MDOT.
