Aug. 4 is fast approaching! The 62nd annual Rotary Auction, this year at the Boothbay Region High School playing fields, kicks off at 8 a.m. with more items than ever to explore. Love the thrill of finding a treasure? How about poring over books in search of that special one? Furnishing a cottage? Love live auctions? There is all this and so much more at the Auction.
The Boothbay Region Community Resource Council food booth will have options for grabbing a snack or even lunch so you can plan to spend the day. The live auction begins at 10 a.m. with auctioneer Robert Foster at the podium auctioning everything from boats to bureaus.
The entire Rotary Club of Boothbay Harbor has been hard at work for months under the capable leadership of co-chairs Debbie Graves and Laurie Zimmerli.
