Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Julie has enjoyed teaching young children for nearly 30 years before choosing to move into a new career in Integrative Nutrition. Her interest was sparked when she observed the connection of the typical diet of highly processed, artificial foods and increasing chronic health issues, food sensitivities, behavior and learning issues. She also realized that some of her own health issues were stemming from stress and anxiety caused by the changing public school system. She now coaches individuals, couples and families and provides workshops and classes both in Integrative Nutrition and cooking.
Julie lives in Wiscasset with her husband, golden retriever and cat in an old farmhouse nestled on a hill overlooking the Sheepscot River. They have raised 5 grown children and enjoy art, music, cooking and traveling. Julie can be reached for questions or comments at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Sarah Thompson grew up in a household with at least one cat sharing the bed pillow at all times. She didn't see the Berlin Wall go up, but did watch it come down. Her energy and endurance were put to the test (mostly on the night shift) as an operating room technician for Labor and Delivery units in Maine and Colorado for ten years before a brief overseas volunteer trip prompted a change of occupation.Originally from Central Maine, Sarah, her notebook, and a large cache of semi-dry ink pens now reside in the Midcoast.
Thoughts and realizations of a spiritual nature, opening to the awareness of inner and outer light.
Seeing experience from a different perspective, turning it to catch the light.
Reflections on living the life of a Priestess in Maine, illumined by love and suffering, Earth’s gifts, and Divine Guidance.
ANDREA GOODMAN, owner of Ruby-Throated Spirit: Sanctuary, Voice Studio and Labyrinth, lives on Barter’s Island on the Boothbay Peninsula, since 1989. Coming from a New York City career as a pioneer of vocal music and innovative theater, she was ordained as a Priestess of the Ministry of Maat in 1998, and sees all her work, whether performing and teaching, counseling and healing, writing or composing, as priestess work. She offers voice instruction and vocal sound healing, creates original ceremonies for weddings and other life passages, gives readings of Mythic Astrology and Tarot, is a Reiki master, and has developed Cosmic Harmony, a group process of singing intuitively for the transmission of healing and visionary realizations. She is the author of Lightning Holds My Hand, a Woman’s Journal of Guidance, written during a difficult time, recording words of wisdom and compassion she received intuitively. Ruby-Throated Labyrinth, planted with calming herbs, is open to the public for walking meditation. For more about Andrea’s work: www.rubythroatedspirit.com

What's the Buzz" covers what's happening, what might be happening, and what should be happening in the opinion of the author.
Eleanor Cade Busby is an unpublished award-winning writer, photographer and blogger & simply loves writing about herself in third person. She published this absolutely all true bio.
Busby grew up all over New England,a preacher's kid who set out to destroy every single stereotype about a "Minister's Daughter."
She attended Goddard College, The Rhode Island Conservatory of Music and The School of Life, majoring in everything she could stuff into her head. She once had her own office and a red stapler. Her employees learned quickly never to touch it.
Much of her very long life has been spent on or back-stage at theaters. She penned a couple of plays, directed many more and acted in scores of productions. She's done it all except hanging lighting. You can't make her climb a ladder.
She won awards locally & nationally for social services and customer care. Most recently she was awarded the PEN/Toni and James C. Goodale Freedom of Expression Courage Award along with 3 million of her closest personal friends for "galvanizing a potent global movement to resist infringements on the rights and dignity of women and many other groups."
Busby has been a theater, art and dance reviewer and commentator for several publications, including CRACKED magazine.
Opinionated, obstinate, much-abused, and under-appreciated, she believes that if it isn't funny or relevant, it isn't worth it.
Eleanor Cade Busby lives in Midcoast Maine with two cats who like to stand on her head at 3 AM demanding a sacrifice, often her sanity.
