The following are closed criminal cases for May in the Lincoln County Courts. All information was provided by the court clerk. Unless otherwise noted, sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.

Cainin Griffin, 42, of Wiscasset, guilty of Disorderly Conduct (offensive words, gestures), sentenced to jail for three days. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Brian Pottle, 53, of Augusta, probation violated for OUI (alcohol), two priors, in Wiscasset. Sentenced to two years, all but six months suspended, and probation of two years; fined $1,100; license suspended six years, registration suspended; ordered to pay restitution of $98.08.

Paul Copeland, 33, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $300.

Chelsea Copeland, 28, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Disorderly Conduct (offensive words, gestures), fined $300; deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.

Christopher Pinkham, 46, of Pittston, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors in Boothbay Harbor, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months.

Arlen Riggs, 23, of Hope, guilty of Reckless Conduct in Wiscasset, fined $500; deferred disposition for Motor Vehicle Speeding, 30+ MPH over the limit.

Christopher Molyneux, 43, of Woolwich, probation violation for Domestic Violence Assault in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation continued.

Daniel Chubbuck, 27, of Edgecomb, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to five years in the Department of Corrections, all but three years suspended, probation for two years, restitution of $1,337.57; two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors; the first charge carried a sentence of three years in the Department of Corrections; the second carried a sentence of five years, all suspended, probation of two years, and restitution of $1,337.57; and two counts of Criminal Mischief, each carrying a sentence of 364 days in the Department of Corrections.

Rena Whitney, 34, of Belgrade, charge of Aggravated Forgery in Wiscasset was dismissed.

Erin Begay, 39, of Lewiston, guilty of Terrorizing in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for five days.

Luke Blair, 29, of Readfield, charge of Violating Protection from Abuse Order in Boothbay dismissed.

Terry Couture, 35, of Wiscasset, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 16 hours; deferred disposition for Disorderly Conduct (offensive words, gestures).

Colter Leeman, 35, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $500, license suspended 150 days.

Timothy Ferrell, 22, of Westport Island, guilty of OUI (drugs or combo) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 15 suspended, probation one year, fined $700, license suspended three years, registration suspended; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked for OUI, sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $600, license suspended three years. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.

Keegan Giles, 20, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for four days; and Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, sentenced to jail for four days, fined $250.

Robert Jones, 51, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail 48 hours, fined $500, license suspended 150 days; deferred disposition for Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ MPH over speed limit.

Richard Corbett, 59, of Bath, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release in Wiscasset.

Kara Overmiller, 26, of Pittston, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in Boothbay Harbor, sentenced to jail for seven days, restitution of $7.99.

Aaron Ashton, 38, of Alna, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days; guilty of Domestic Violence Terrorizing, sentenced to jail for 90 days, all but 30 suspended, probation of one year.

Brandi Masten, 30, of Damariscotta, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $250, restitution of $5.27; deferred disposition for a second charge of Theft.

Laura Cole, 53, of Damariscotta, charge of Failure to Register Vehicle dismissed.

Gary Balducci Jr., 41, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating Vehicle Without a License, fined $250.

Roger Francis Plourde, 20, of Jefferson, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release in Wiscasset, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.

Danielle Clement, 43, of Wiscasset, charge of Keeping a Dangerous Dog dismissed.

Thomas Huntington, 67, of Newcastle, charge of Unlawful Cutting of Trees dismissed.
