Gerald Lilly outpolled incumbent Dresden second selectman Dwight Keene 103-76 in elections Tuesday, June 11.

Lilly held the seat from 2013 to 2016 but was defeated by Keene by 11 votes in 2016.  Keene said on Monday that he hoped to win but considered Lilly a good person for the office.

In other results, Jeffrey Pierce, unopposed for a seat on the Regional School Unit 2 board, got 125 votes. Gary Blau won a seat on the Budget Review Committee with 148 votes. Two RSU 2 referendum articles passed 128-48 and 109-67 respectively.
