Sheepscot Valley budget validation referendum

Sheepscot Valley RSU 12 will hold a budget validation referendum on Tuesday, Sept. 10. This is where you’ll vote on the RSU 12 budget for SY 2013-2014.
Polling hours are: Alna, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.; Chelsea, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Palermo, noon to 8 p.m.; Somerville, 3 to 7 p.m.; Westport Island, noon to 8 p.m.; Whitefield, 4 to 8 p.m.; Windsor, noon to 8 p.m.; and Wiscasset, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Absentee ballots are available until September 5.
