Sen. Chris Johnson (D-Somerville) will hold his monthly in-district office hours on Saturday, Oct. 26 in three locations. From 8 to 9 a.m. he will be at the Village Café and Bakery on Friendship Street in Waldoboro, at the Maine Coast Book Shop Café in Damariscotta from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., and at Treat’s in Wiscasset from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

“I really enjoy these sessions,” said Johnson. “Although the Village Café has changed its hours for the fall, I’d already promised some people I’d be there, so I’ll have a few lawn chairs and a thermos of coffee for anyone who’d like to join me.”

These office hours, or listening sessions, are being held by Johnson to give residents the opportunity to conveniently voice their opinions and concerns directly to him.
