Brady's to host 'Naked and Afraid' red carpet event
Easter Sunday isn't just for bunnies this year as the Discovery Channel's “Naked and Afraid” premiers Sunday, April 20 at 8 p.m. featuring Maine's own Michael Douglas.
Brady's, at 25 Union Street, Boothbay Harbor, will be hosting a red-carpet premier with Douglas in attendance. It will be a full day with live music starting at 3 with Purgatory Jack in the house from 3 to 6. At 6, the red-carpet comes alive with photo opportunities and a Q&A session with the star himself.
Douglas is the founder of Maine Primitive Skills School located in Augusta. As a Maine guide, he provides survivalist skills for those who want to learn how to forage, track, or just make a fire.
These skills made an impression in his casting video sent to the Discovery Channel and he was chosen to participate in the 18th season of the show.
