CAMDEN, Maine--Cuts in international programs continue to impact the neediest people in the most impoverished parts of the world. One that's being particularly hard hit is Konbit Sante, a healthcare organization in Haiti whose mission is to support the development of a sustainable health system to meet the needs of the Cap-Haitien community with maximum local direction and support.

To help keep this vital organization operational, the Satellite Club of West Bay Rotary is raffling off four pieces of original artwork, including an elegant cedar woodcarving of an egret by David Sears (value: $1,000); a framed painting on board depicting French & Brawn Marketplace by Christina Eckerson (value: $695); a matted and framed diptych pastel of puffins by the late Paul Plante (value: $250); and a Haitian-made hammered steel wall hanging (value: "Priceless"). House of Logan on Main Street in Camden is graciously displaying the artwork in its streetfront windows.

Tickets are available online ($20 each or 6 for $100) at www.wbsatelliterotary.square.site/. The winning tickets will be drawn on May 8th.
