Almost all of the Boothbay Region Community Resources' Warming Lunches are now closed for the summer, with one exception: Tuesday’s warming lunch at the Edgecomb Congregational Church.

Not only are they serving a nice hot lunch every Tuesday (donations gladly accepted but not mandatory) the diners can peruse their thrift shop, filled with everything from clothing, shoes, bedding, books, kitchen necessities, and various other one-of-a-kind home décor.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, have a delicious meal and shop for items at amazing bargain basement prices!

So mark your calendars; they serve lunch every Tuesday and the Thrift Store is open on Thursdays as well. All proceeds go to area nonprofit agencies, which serve the people of this area. For more information, call Louise at 207-563-5236.
