The Sheepscot Valley Chorus and the Saint Cecilia Chamber Choir, both under the direction of Linda Blanchard, joined voices on Tuesday night, January 8 at 7 p.m. at the Congregational Church on Route One in Wiscasset, behind the Court House, to begin rehearsal for Johannes Brahms’ “German Requiem.”

Anyone reading this announcement is encouraged to join the singers in this Classical, Romantic, meditative, intimate composition. 

The performance will be Sunday, April 7 at the Second Congregational Church in Newcastle. A small orchestra will also be participating.
