Town Talk will continue on Wednesday March 15 at 3 p.m. at the Wiscasset Public Library. After the first Town Talk in February, it was evident that there is lots more to talk about. This informal gathering of community folks revealed a great interest in the sharing and hearing of our stories and history.

Connie McLeod Dalton brought with her a collection of fabulous pictures and a scrapbook that she shared and then donated to the library. Steve Christiansen shared copies he had made of documents from the library’s Archival Room.

This next Town Talk will include a discussion of Wiscasset’s Fire Society; few have a clear understanding of this historic association.
