Owing to lack of power in town and rain in Friday’s forecast, the Halloween parade and block party rescheduled for Nov. 3 will be moved to the Wiscasset Community Center. Parade lineup begins at 4 p.m., with the parade, costume contest and block party starting at 4:30 p.m. and ending at 6:30 p.m. The first 100 children will receive a treat bag and glow stick.
The center will have pizza slices and drinks for sale at the concession counter. Area organizations will provide a "Trick or trunk" activity.
