Edgecomb Community Climate Workshop June 4
The town of Edgecomb is currently working with service providers from the Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission to enroll in the state of Maine’s Community Resilience Partnership, a program which makes the town eligible for grants for climate action projects.
Edgecomb residents are invited to join the town of Edgecomb and Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission to learn about the local impacts of climate change and to share your thoughts on what the town should do to prepare for the future. This workshop will include a brief introduction to the state of Maine’s Community Resilience Partnership, highlights of local climate impacts here in Edgecomb, and a group discussion period for climate priority setting. Your feedback will help us determine how climate change is affecting residents and what Edgecomb should do to prioritize and address these challenges. Refreshments will be provided! The workshop details are below.
