Gas prices continue to decline
Average retail gasoline prices in Maine have fallen 10.2 cents per gallon, averaging $3.67 per gallon. This compares with the national average that has fallen 9.6 cents per gallon to $3.56 per gallon, according to www.MaineGasPrices.com.
Including the change in gas prices in Maine, prices were 15.7 cents per gallon higher than one year ago and are 27.4 cents per gallon lower than a month ago. The national average has decreased 23.1 cents per gallon during the last month and stands 10.2 cents per gallon higher than one year ago.
