A fifth “What’s Cooking, Doc?” class organized by LincolnHealth will be offered on Thursday, May 14, 6-8 p.m., at the FARMS Community Kitchen, 323 Main Street, Damariscotta (above the Rising Tide Market).

Lincoln Health pediatrician Dr. Joann Kaplan will welcome your help as she prepares two flavorful dishes for the summer season: a creamy coconut curry lentil stew and crunchy veggie summer rolls. Both dishes are vegan.
