MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital opens foot care clinic in Damariscotta
MaineHealth Lincoln Hospital is expanding access to preventive care with the opening of a Foot Care Clinic in the Rehabilitation Care department, beginning Friday, Jan. 16.
The clinic will be held every other Friday from noon to 4 p.m. the MaineHealth Webster Van Winkle Health Center, 79 Schooner St. in Damariscotta, and will be led by Amanda Millay, RN, a certified foot care specialist. Services include nail clipping, shoe inspections and comprehensive foot evaluations.
The clinic is open to anyone; no referral or diabetes diagnosis is required.
The cost is $30, payable at the time of service. Payment must be made by credit or debit card.Insurance cannot be billed, and co-payments are not reimbursable by insurance.
