The Newcastle Local Planning Committee will unveil the initial draft of the Comprehensive Plan and Character Code on Tuesday, Dec. 6  at the Lincoln Academy Dining Commons. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the presentation by Maine Design Workshop will begin at 7. The company will present information gathered over the past year at various public events. Refreshments will be available, and all are welcome.
