A painting party, led by gifted artist Selina Reid, will be held the first Sunday of the month, noon to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Boothbay. This month’s painting will be a watercolor sunset. $25 pp. Proceeds benefit Hope Haitian Ministries sewing class in Haiti, which enables  men and women to learn a skill to provide income for their families.
