Jennifer Williams, a Wiscasset High School foreign language teacher, is the students’ choice for Teacher of the Third Quarter.

Williams teaches Spanish classes including Introductory Spanish, Intermediate Spanish and Advanced Spanish. She earned her bachelor's degree at Hamilton College and graduated cum laude in 1989.

Williams earned her master's in education from the University of Southern Maine and graduated magna cum laude in 1999. She also earned a certificate at the University St. Anne in Nova Scotia in 2002. She is the mother of two boys and has taught in both private and public schools and has enjoyed it all.

“I am happy that I have chosen to spend the better part of my career at Wiscasset schools,” Williams said.
