Shredding On Site at Bath Savings Institution
On Wednesday, May 22 at 9 a.m., a truck from Shredding On Site (S.O.S) will pull up to the Bath Savings Institution parking lot on Chapman Street in Damariscotta for a community shredding event sponsored by Chapman-Hall House stewards and their good neighbor, Bath Savings Institution.
Shredding while you wait is the safe way to protect against identity theft from the disposal of old tax returns, bills and private papers. S.O.S. has been in the mobile shredding business for 18 years, and its employees are bonded.
There is no charge for the shredding, but tax deductible donations will help pay for reshingling the historic Chapman-Hall House, built in 1754 and currently maintained as a museum by the Lincoln County Historical Association. Questions you may have about the event can be directed to Deane Brewer 207-443-9759 or 207-563-3289.
