The public is invited to a joint Thanksgiving service at St. Philip’s Church, on Wednesday, Nov. 23 at 7 p.m. in the Parish Hall. Rev. Amy Lignitz-Harken of First Congregational Church of Wiscasset, and Rev. Marcia Richardson and Rev. Tom Junkert of St. Philip’s, will participate in the worship service. The accompanist will be Terry Heller.  

The Parish Hall, otherwise known as Help Yourself Shelf Food Pantry, will distribute food boxes to families on that day from 3 to 5 p.m. instead of on Thursday due to the holiday. The offering received at the Thanksgiving service will be donated to the pantry.
