One thing we all have is personality! Learn more about yours by joining certified life coach, Elizabeth Sylvester for the Central Lincoln County Adult Education course You’ve Got Personality! Class will be held Thursday nights, March 26 through April 30 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Great Salt Bay School in Damariscotta.

Knowing and understanding our own personality is important because, everything we do in work and play is affected by and often even determined by it! How we think and make decisions, whether our closet is tidy or cluttered, how we deal with co-workers, and even who we choose to have relationships with is based on our personality.

Students will discover their Myers-Briggs Personality Type and then explore the implications of it on their own lives. They will learn how to make better life choices and have more fun. Join this class and get to know the most important person in your life: YOU! The cost of the course is $89.
