Animal House to host 'Girls Night Out' benefit
The Animal House in Damariscotta will be hosting a "Girl's Night Out" on Sunday, Nov. 20 from 4 to 6 p.m. to support Team Garron in raising money for the Maine Chapter of the March of Dimes.
Featured vendors include LulaRoe (Danielle Simmons/Sherri and Anne Barbour), Homemade Signs (Nicole Hannan), Scentsy (Amylynn Balsdon), Perfectly Posh (Ashley Maney), Pink Zebra (Patrice Belyeu), Tupperware (Donna Gregory), Thirty-One (Alicia Kenison), Paparazzi Jewelry (Amity Watts), Young Living Essemtial Oils (Amber Beck) and ItWorks (Katie Small).
Soups, stews, pizza and breads will be available courtesy of Clark Farms, Hawks House Inn, Penalty Box, and friend Cathy Jones.
Raffle prizes will be offered by the vendors.
Part of the proceeds from this event will be donated to Team Garron, who walks in memory of Garron Martin. Garron was born too soon in 2009, and Animal House President Aubrey Martin, Garron's mother, walks with the team every Spring in Portland's March for Babies to benefit the March of Dimes. The March of Dimes' mission is to prevent prematurity, birth defects and neonatal death through research, programming, advocacy and education. All of the money raised in Maine stays in the state to benefit Maine families and for research throughout the state.
This event has been organized by LulaRoe consultant and Animal House employee Danielle Simmons.
