The Lincoln County Democratic Committee invites the community to its annual Harvest Dinner on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Le Barn, 132 Waldoboro Road, Jefferson.

Enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and a delicious, locally sourced, family-style meal featuring stews, soups, vegan options, bread, butter, apple cider and homemade pies—all prepared by volunteer chefs. The event will also feature two speakers (to be announced) and live music by Laura Buxbaum and Brian Dunn.

“It’s so gratifying to see, year after year, the people of Lincoln County come together during their busy fall season and make time to prepare such a delicious bounty for their friends and neighbors,” said Valarie Johnson, event organizer.

Tickets are $25 per person, with a $50 option to become an event sponsor. Seating is limited and reservations are required by Sept. 30. Non-members and out-of-county guests are welcome.

Proceeds support LCDC’s grassroots work organizing volunteers and mobilizing voters around Democratic values in Lincoln County.
