Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office: 2 arrests
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to175 calls for service for the period of Feb. 17 to Feb. 24. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 1,900 calls for service.
Summonses
Brittany J. Zubrod, 36, of Edgecomb was issued a summons Feb. 19 for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution, on Sheepscot Circle, Edgecomb, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Kathryn W. Mastricolo, 45, of Augusta was issued a summons Feb. 21 for Operating while License is Suspended or Revoked – prior, on Gardiner Road, Wiscasset, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Arrests
Timothy P. Fraser, 34, of Edgecomb was arrested Feb. 18 on a Sagadahoc County Probation Revocation warrant, on Sheepscot Circle, Edgecomb, by Detective Jared Mitkus. Mr. Fraser was also issued a summons for Creating a Police Standoff, while trying to serve the warrant.
Bruce Holt, 40, of Edgecomb was arrested Feb. 22 for Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation – prior, on Eddy Road, Edgecomb, by Detective Jared Mitkus.
Accidents
On Feb. 17, an accident occurred on Bristol Road in Bristol involving James Prentice, 77, of Round Pond and Ronald C. Edwards, 81, of Damariscotta. Mr. Prentice was operating his 2002 Mercury Mountaineer northbound when Mr. Edwards re-entered the roadway, after making a U-turn in his 2023 Chevrolet Silverado and failing to yield the right of way. As a result, Mr. Prentice struck Edwards’ vehicle, causing disabling damage to both units. Deputy Samuel Alexander was the investigating officer.
